My Birth Doula Offerings
ESSENTIAL BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT
Includes:
Two 2-hour prenatal visits (includes some birth education, practicing comfort measures + writing your birth preferences, & setting up for postpartum)
1 well-family postpartum visit with birth processing and professional postpartum doula guidance.
Unlimited phone calls, emails and texting leading up to birth
On-call availability starting at 37weeks
Expert support on birth preparation including body preparation for birth, breath work for birth and beyond, pain-coping practices, and hands-on training on comfort measures.
Guidance for and inclusion of partner on how best to support birthing person prior to and during birth.
Partner respite when they need a break during birth and guidance about how to support birthing person during the postpartum period.
Support during and after a family-centered cesarean birth, if needed/allowed (*by hospital)
Photos and video of birth and baby (at no extra charge)
Support and availability after birth, including with breastfeeding or other early postpartum challenges.
Birth & postpartum planning lists & resources
Postnatal support via email, phone & text for 6 weeks after birth

PRIVATE CHILDBIRTH CLASSES

Childbirth Preparation classes
(Pricing is specific to the class)

4hr Birthin’ Again Class (for 2nd/3rd time parents)
6hr Express Mindful Birth Class
10hr Birthing From Within Class
All classes take place in your home and personalized to your desired birth experience and your Individualized needs.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES:
Payment options include Venmo, Credit Card, HSA/FSA, Carrot Insurance and sliding scale.
I also offer payment plans.
